Your dogs comfort and happiness comes first. As such the session goes at your dogs pace and incorporates their favourite things, walks, toys and treats. This encourages them to relax and be themselves. A basic level of training is helpful to get the more posed images but not essential. Your dog does not have to be off lead to get beautiful natural images.
Usually an overlooked option as we are typically self critical and prefer to focus on displaying photographs of our children but so so important. You will love looking back on these images but more importantly so will your children.

Being a mum of two I love getting the natural images of children just being themselves and exploring the world through play. Through the introduction of games your children will have a great time while you get some lovely memories.

You will immediately be put at ease in your session as I am just a very friendly genuine person. We will chat the whole time as I guide you through each and every step. I do not expect you to know what to do, how to stand or where your dog should be so please don't worry about any of that, thats my job. Yours is to enjoy yourself and the experience. Dogs and children are unpredictable creatures! The sessions are extremely relaxed for that reason and adaptable to suit their needs as they change. My focus is on creating natural images of your family (family means dogs too so I won't type them separately) whether that is at your home or out on location.
I am a mum of two so fully aware of the mayhem that parenthood can be.......I Katniss Everdeen salute you parents. Before your session I will try and learn as much about your children in order to create a session that they will enjoy. If they are having fun, it will show in your photographs.
